LOVE YOUR GAME
From a kid who refused to accept “slow starter” to building a company that’s helped thousands of golfers find one clear path, and love their game again.

Most People Never Find Out What They’re Capable Of.
I realized that when I was four. I remember crying, and my mom asked what was wrong. I said, “Life’s going to go fast. Wouldn’t it be a shame to not reach your potential?” Strange thing for a kid to say but I felt it. Not in an inspirational way. In a sobering one. I sensed that most people never find out what they’re capable of. The problem isn’t that they lack talent. Time just runs out before they push hard enough, long enough, or in the right order. I was a late bloomer. I had a speech impediment. I was overlooked. Whenever I started something new, I was always the worst. So I became obsessed with one question early on: How does someone go from overlooked to undeniable?

Golf Became My Proving Ground.
I studied the stories - Brady, Rodgers, Jordan - people who went from written off to undeniable. I wanted to understand what actually creates that inflection point. Golf became the place I tested it. I grew up playing with my dad and my grandpa. Those rounds weren’t just practice. They were where I learned that getting better wasn’t about more tips, it was about the right thing, in the right order. Years later, that same idea would become the backbone of everything we built at Performance Golf.
How a Golfer Built a $100 Million Golf Business
From watching Tiger Woods win the 1997 Masters to spending countless hours grinding short game on a backyard green, Brixton Albert reflects on how an underdog mindset and a refusal to accept average shaped the foundation of Performance Golf.

I Spent Years Practicing Hard—And Spinning My Wheels.
I wasn’t missing information. I was drowning in it. One coach said strengthen your grip. Another said forget grip, shift left. Another said it’s your shoulder turn. Sound familiar? That’s The Scattered Playbook. Wrong tips, in the wrong order, at the wrong time. Then an instructor finally identified my root flaw, the one thing holding my swing back. I got five shots better in weeks. Weeks. After years of working on the wrong things. That’s when it clicked. Golf isn’t about more advice. It’s about the right diagnosis, then the right fix, in the right order. Everything we built at Performance Golf points back to that.

So We Built What Golf Was Missing.
I kept my full-time job until my side business hit $29 million in annual sales. I documented everything—what worked, what stalled, what created momentum. That journey became Performance Golf. Not more tips. One connected system. Your root flaw. The right thing, right time, right order. A path that adapts as you improve. So you don’t stand over the ball with twelve swing thoughts. So you know exactly what to work on next. Our mission is simple: transform the games, and lives, of millions of golfers with the world’s simplest personalized golf improvement system. So you can play better, faster, and love your game again.
