You agree that you will NOT do the following things while promoting Performance Golf products as an affiliate. By doing any of the following, you will be terminated from the program and agree that any commissions will be forfeited without recourse:

• Cannot purchase ads on Facebook, Google, YouTube, Outbrain, Taboola, or other paid media without authorization; email-only promotions currently accepted
• Cannot conduct third-party email promotions; must use own opt-in list only
• Cannot run negative promotions portraying products, coaches, or company unfavorably; results in instant termination
• Should avoid raw affiliate links; redirect links encouraged
• Cannot impersonate Performance Golf experts; must clarify non-official status
• Cannot create SEO siphon websites capturing brand, product, or coach name traffic
• Cannot use domain names or emails containing Performance Golf or coach names
• Cannot offer cash rebates or bonuses for purchases via affiliate link
